Fred Tewell Outstanding College Communication Educator Award
The Outstanding College Communication Educator Award was established in 1987 and later became the Fred Tewell Outstanding College Educator Award in 1993. Fred Tewell was a longtime OSU Professor in the communication department who taught speech and coached debate for 25 years. He was active for many years in OSTCA.
